April 1 in

of domestic
abuse said
two new laws
recently
signed by
Gov. Jim
Doyle will
help ensure
victims'
safety.
The
Wisconsin
Coalition
Against
Domestic
Violence
(WCADV) said
a law signed
Thursday
that
requires
landlords to
change locks
within 48
hours of a
request, and
a victim
fair housing
act signed
earlier will
provide
victims with
peace of
mind.
