Any person 18 years old or over MUST complete an application.

Once a person is listed on an application that person cannot be removed and if 18 years old or older MUST complete and application.

A person whose application is denied may reapply after 6-months.

We accept first time renters only for 2 Bedroom Units, 1 bedroom units, studios or efficiencies.

Tenants whose rental history cannot be verified will be considered first time renters.

We allow 2 people per bedroom, per HUD guidelines.

We do not accept applicants with the following:

• * Under 18 years of age
• * Evictions or Foreclosures in the past year
• * Cannot have a history of evictions; 2 within the past 5 years
• * Evictions or Foreclosures older than 1 year require an acceptable landlord reference from a non-relative
• * Negative Landlord References
• * Felonies in the past 2-years
• * Drug convictions in the past 5-years
• * WE Energies bill over $1200
• * A past due amount owed to MPI

Owners reserve the right to have final approval on all applications
