Each adult (18 years and older) must fill out their own application. Only married couples can both be on the same application. There is No Application Fee.

To fill out an application bring your State ID Card, Proof of Income, and the name and phone number of your current and previous landlord to:

MPI will pre-qualify your application. After you have seen a property and put money down MPI will finish processing your application. If, for any reason your application is not approved the deposit to reserve the house will be refunded.
